If you’re heading to a concert, football game or other event at Camping World Stadium before a flight from Orlando International Airport (MCO), you may be wondering: Can you bring luggage into Camping World Stadium?
The short answer is no — you should not plan on taking a suitcase or travel bag into the stadium.
Camping World Stadium’s published clear-bag policy lists luggage of any kind among prohibited bags. The stadium also prohibits large bags and generally discourages guests from bringing bags at all. Because policies can vary by event, travelers should always check the rules for their specific event before arriving.
What Bags Can You Bring Into Camping World Stadium?
For events using the stadium’s clear-bag policy, approved bags can include clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags measuring no more than 14 x 14 x 6 inches, as well as one-gallon clear plastic freezer bags. Small clutch-style bags may also be permitted.
Backpacks, large bags, coolers, briefcases and luggage are restricted or prohibited. Guests and their belongings are also subject to security screening before entering. Exceptions may apply for medically necessary items and certain parent bags.
That means even a small carry-on suitcase is not something you should expect to bring through the gates.
What If You’re Going to Camping World Stadium Before an MCO Flight?
This can create a problem for Orlando visitors on checkout day.
Imagine checking out of your hotel or Airbnb in the morning, attending an afternoon football game or concert at Camping World Stadium, and then flying out of MCO that evening. Taking your suitcase to the stadium isn’t a practical option, and returning to your hotel afterward just to retrieve your bags can add an unnecessary detour.
The stadium advises guests with prohibited items to return them to their vehicle or dispose of them. Prohibited items are not accepted by the stadium for safekeeping.
