No. Our airport storage location is Pre-TSA. After collecting your luggage, you will need to check them in yourself.

When you place a request, you’ll set your pickup time – which is the earliest you can collect your luggage. We’ll confirm your bags can be at the airport by then – if not, your request won’t be accepted.

Yes. From the moment your bags leave your hands to the moment they’re delivered, live GPS tracking is active and visible in the Bagzee app. You receive notifications at every key handoff.

Bagzee monitors your flight in real time. If your flight is delayed, rescheduled, or your gate changes, we automatically adjust logistics to keep your bags on track. You’ll be notified immediately with the updated plan.

Bags can be stored for up to 24 hours. You must have a confirmed flight departing within that period.
