Schedule your luggage pickup in the Bagzee app. Select the pickup location where you want to meet your driver. Select your departure Airport where you want you luggage dropped off. Then enter the expected time you want to retrieve your luggage at the Airport.
Step 2: Secure Pickup by a Vetted Driver & Notifications Updates
A trained Bagzee driver arrives at your location to collect your luggage securely. You will stay up to date with notifications as your trip progress.

How Bagzee Is Different from Luggage Storage
Bagzee is not a traditional luggage storage or locker service.
Instead of asking you to carry your bags to a shop or locker, Bagzee picks up your luggage from your hotel or home and stages it securely at the airport, where you collect it before your flight.
Your luggage is handled by verified drivers, tracked in real time, and released to you at the airport before departure.

Bagzee is currently available in New York City.
No. Our airport storage location is Pre-TSA. After collecting your luggage, you will need to check them in yourself.
No. The total price shown in the app will cover luggage pickup, delivery, and storage. There are no additional charges when you collect your luggage at the airport.
All bags are stored inside Smartecarte’s luggage storage facility. You will need your ID and your trip code from the app to retrieve your luggage.
When you place a request, you’ll set your pickup time – which is the earliest you can collect your luggage. We’ll confirm your bags can be at the airport by then – if not, your request won’t be accepted.
Luggage pickup should take no longer than 5 minutes.
Bags can be stored for up to 24 hours. You must have a confirmed flight departing within that period.
