How It Works

Step 1: Send Request

Traveler requests luggage pickup, detailing the type and amount of bags being taken. The traveler also selects the pick up location and drop off time for the luggage.

1. Place a Request Traveler requests luggage pickup.

2. Driver Notification Drivers in the area are notified: driver is assigned.

Step 2: Driver Notification

Bagzee drivers in the area are notified. Driver is assigned following request acceptance.

Step 3: Luggage Pick Up

Once luggage is exchanged between driver and traveler at the designated pick up location, geotracking is enabled to allow the traveler to track luggage to the airport. Travel confirmation code is sent to traveler as well to be used for airport pick up.

3. Pickup Driver picks up luggage from designated location.

4. Drop Off/Storage Driver drops off luggage. Traveler is notified.

Step 4: Drop Off/Storage

The traveler’s luggage is taken to the airport, where the driver will exhange luggage with an on-site Bagzee staff member. The luggage will go through an ETD Security check and then stored, waiting the arrival of the traveler.

Step 5: Airport Counter Pick Up

Traveler arrives to the Bagzee kiosk within the airport and presents their unique travel trip code assigned at luggage pick up. The Bagzee staff member will retrieve the traveler’s luggage.
