How Bagzee Works in Real Life?
Bagzee is designed to fit naturally into your travel day, without extra stops or complicated logistics.
1 - Download & schedule
Open the Bagzee app. Enter your pickup address, flight details, and preferred pickup time. We recommend scheduling a day before your departure flight. Same day scheduling is also available.
2 - Driver arrives at your door
A verified Bagzee driver arrives at your location, tags your bags and confirms pickup in the app.
3 - Secure transit to airport
Your bags are securely transported to, and stored at "Smart Carte" luggage storage inside the terminal at your departure airport. You can track them live in the app.
4 - Terminal handoff
You’ll be notified as soon as bags are ready to pickup. Arrive at the airport, walk in, pickup your bags from "Smarte Carte" counter, check them in normally and enjoy your flight.

1 - Schedule in the app
Open the app the day before and schedule your luggage drop. Choose your airport, destination hotel or address location, arrival time. and the time you want your bags drop at your destination. Same day scheduling is also available.
2 - Drop off bags at Arrivals
Drop off your bags at the "Smart Carte" luggage counter in the terminal. We take care of the rest.
3 - Explore hands-free
Head straight to your first destination, meeting, or meal. Your bags are securely stored then handed off to our Bagzee driver for delivery to the final destination.
4 - Hotel delivery
Track your bags in the app as our driver deliver them. Bags arrive to your hotel within your chosen time window. Enjoy the rest of your day knowing your bags are waiting for you.
