How does Bagzee Work?

Bagzee is an airport luggage logistics service. You schedule a pickup through the app, and a verified driver collects your bags from your door, hotel, or address. We securely store and transport your bags to or from the airport — handling the entire movement, storage, and delivery so you don’t have to.

Does Bagzee check in my bags?

No. Our airport storage location is Pre-TSA. After collecting your luggage, you will need to check them in yourself.

Which airports does Bagzee support?

Bagzee currently operates at JFK (New York), HNL (Honolulu, Hawaii), and SEA (Seattle-Tacoma). We’re expanding to more cities soon — you can join the waitlist in the app.

How do I know my bags will be at the airport on time?

When you place a request, you’ll set your pickup time – which is the earliest you can collect your luggage. We’ll confirm your bags can be at the airport by then – if not, your request won’t be accepted.

How long does luggage pickup take?

Luggage pickup should take no longer than 5 minutes.

Is my luggage secure?

Yes. Every bag is sealed with a tamper-evident tag, assigned a unique ID, and stored in a secure, camera-monitored facility within the airport safe zone. Our handlers are background-checked and trained in our care protocol. You have live GPS visibility at every step.

Can I track my bags in real time?

Yes. From the moment your bags leave your hands to the moment they’re delivered, live GPS tracking is active and visible in the Bagzee app. You receive notifications at every key handoff.

What if my flight is delayed or changed?

Bagzee monitors your flight in real time. If your flight is delayed, rescheduled, or your gate changes, we automatically adjust logistics to keep your bags on track. You’ll be notified immediately with the updated plan.

What is the longest I can store my bag?

Bags can be stored for up to 24 hours. You must have a confirmed flight departing within that period.

How much does Bagzee cost?
